Meet Our Physiotherapist
Simran completed my Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph in 2018, followed by my Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University in 2020. She has taken several post graduate courses including Advancement in Acupuncture, Pelvic Floor Levels I & 11, and Custom Taping.
Over the last several years of practice, Simran has had an opportunity to assess and treat various orthopedic conditions with a population that includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Simran has also treated various pelvic floor and concussion cases. She believes in treating a patient as a whole and in an empathetic manner.
By utilizing a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to treatment that includes manual therapy, exercise, and education, she hopes to optimize a patient’s wellbeing and performance.
In her spare time, Simran likes to get outside to hike, bike, and boulder to maintain an active lifestyle!

Meet Our Massage Therapist/ Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Kiran is an Osteopath, and Registered Massage Therapist.
She has vast experience of body movement and musculoskeletal conditions as an Osteopath, a Massage Therapist for ten years, and a Registered Yoga Teacher practicing for more than 20 years.
Kiran uses proven, evidence-based techniques to provide her clients with the best healing modalities.
She practices Osteopathy under the license from NMOS am is also a member in good standing of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario.
She am also an Energy Healer and has helped many clients with Reiki healing.
